To make sure the request for access was made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your identity document. In that copy, please black out your passport photo, the MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), the passport number and your citizen service number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We reply as quickly as possible, and in any case within four weeks.
