In case you make an appointment, you also agree to a payment obligation. In the situation an appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, we are entitled to charge costs. This will be done through a payment request.
For new customers we have the policy that the 1st treatment will be charged upfront. This can be done through a payment request, a “tikkie” or by transferring the money directly into my account under the notification of your name, appointment date and time. As long as the payment has not been received the appointment is not confirmed.
Unfortunately in the last couple of months we had several new clients that did not show up for their appointment, neither had the decency to let us know in advance and did not pay a no-show fee for the costs that were made. For every appointment/treatment we spend time on preparing the room as well as the essentials used (oil, foot creme etc.). We also have to regularly disappoint other clients as it is very busy and on some days we are full. We all act in good faith, unfortunately it has proven that this policy is now required. I hope on your understanding for this policy.
Off course should there be an unforeseen circumstance we can always re-schedule as long as there is a 24 hour notice period taken into account.
Situations that occur on shorter notice are up discretion of Watpho Massage.
